Vital bridge collapses in central Kashmir’s Narbal Budgam, Aug 05, KDC: A vital bridge connecting many villages collapsed in the Narbal area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday morning.
Reports reaching news agency Kashmir Dot Com said that incident happened in the early morning when a Bajri-laden vehicle (tipper) was passing through it. However, no one was injured in the incident.
According to locals, the vehicle was carrying an extra load, resulting in damage to the bridge. This bridge was made by the army at the request of people of the nearby areas.
The bridge on Nallah-Sukhnag is connecting to Budgam villages from Narabal.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KDC)
