Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari Tuesday visited the residence of senior journalist Shafqat Bukhari in Kreeri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district to offer his condolences over the demise of Shafqat’s mother. He met the members of the bereaved family and expressed his solidarity with them.
On this occasion, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said, “I am deeply saddened over the demise of Shafqat Sahib’s mother. In this hour of grief, I stand in solidarity with the bereaved and I pray Almighty Allah to give them strength to bear the pain of this irreparable loss.”
While praying for the departed soul, he said, “Life and death are always in the hands of Almighty Allah, who has said that ‘every soul shall taste death.’ It is painful to see our close relatives dying, but as Muslims, we are supposed to be submissive to His will all the time. May Allah rest the departed soul in eternal peace.”
